Homeowner VMS Tutorial


The resident portal is separate from your community website. The portal allows for more secure information to be delivered in a more timely fashion.  We suggest you log in often, as any major immediate issues with your association will likely be posted to the Resident Portal rather than the website.


click on the homeowner login button in the upper right hand corner, you will be asked to log in using your account number and password. This information was printed on your coupons. If you do not have this information, please contact the main office at 407-656-1081 or email webmaster@swpmcfl.com.


The main screen has all your most important news and information. The top half of the page has links to email your board, manager, financial office and a link to your HOA webpage. On the right, are links to the most recent Minutes, Financials, Forms, and Community Alerts.  The bottom half shows your payment address, amount due, late fee information, etc.












Along the tabs under Resident Information are also tabs for the following:


Account detail- A full list of every charge and credit to your account.


Account link- Allows you to link more than one account you have with Southwest no matter which HOA they are in. All you need is your account number and password for each and you can link them all into one account.


Architectural- Details on any architectural submittals on your account.


Compliance- A full list of any restriction violations that may be pending on your property.


User Profile- This is where you add your email address, change your password, opt in to notifications for your association and Southwest.



The tabs along the top of the page are links to various types of reports and documents you can find.








Event Calendar- A calendar view of any upcoming association meetings and/or events.


Documents- Association documents such as minutes, financials, governing docs, forms, and any other new or old documents you may need. This is just an expanded list of what you see when you log in. There is also a search feature to help you find what you are looking for.













The FAQ tab is a useful tab to check on occasion, this is where your Association Manger will list any recurring questions that come in, maybe regarding street work, or amenity closures etc.


The RESIDENT tab is an area much like the committee tab except that it carries reports catered to the residents not a board member. This area is being constantly updated, and more reports will come available in the future.


The SURVEY tab is rarely used, but in the event the board and/or management company would like to poll residents on an issue this tab may be used.


The WEBFORMS tab is also rarely used, in the future you will find online forms that will directly sent the information by email to a member of our staff for various things like gate updates, key card requests, arch requests, etc.
