Requests to Inspect Community Records: To expedite your request, please contact Southwest Property Management by certified mail ONLY, no emails or phone calls. Please read the following document (click here to download) PRIOR to sending in a request. We will respond back in a timely and courteous manner once we receive your certified request.




Estoppel/Transfer Information: (Effective November 10, 2014)
Prices have increased please note new prices below:

Please fax your estoppel request to 407-656-0974.
There is a 72 hour (business day) turn-around on all requests.
Transfer Fee is $150 paid at closing.
Estoppel Fee is $150 paid in advance by check.
Rush Charge is $25 paid overnight by check for a total of $175 (Estoppel + Rush)

There is no fee for refinance requests, please make sure to clearly note that the request is for an REFI.

Please write the property address on the check.
To avoid confusion, please include a copy of the estoppel request with the check.
Please write RUSH in large letters on the request and CIRCLE the CLOSING DATE.
