When the corporation was founded, Mr. Solomon, Mr. Comstock and Ms. Lewis began operating SWP Management using cutting-edge technology. Southwest Property Management updates office and field technology quarterly, using the latest tools to be able to provide fast, dependable service to our family of communities.

All managers are mobile and are able to be in your community at a moment's notice. Managers do not need to come to a central office to make decisions or to review community business. All managers carry a laptop computer and managers have access to the home office server for a "hands-on” exchange of information. In the case of contractor’s work or covenant violations, managers use digital cameras to capture imagery. The imagery, along with a data file, is quickly fed into our data banks so that letters are generated quickly and decisions can be made that day, instead of waiting days or weeks that other companies may take. This data exchange gives our management staff and our office staff a detailed glimpse into conditions in the field and allows them to make deliberate and concise decisions that affect our family of communities. This saves our communities time and money.

Interactive technology enables our staff to network electronically with our Board of Directors as well as homeowners. This technology keeps the Board, our offices and residents in our communities, updated quickly as changes take place.

Using our technology, Boards of Directors have the distinct advantage of reviewing minutes and notes from Board Meetings within hours of the end of a meeting. Residents are kept up-to-date in their community by logging onto our website. There they will find Contact Information, ARB forms, Reservation Forms, Complete Copies of their CCR’s, Garage Sale Information and Important Dates to remember.
