WHAT IF I'M LATE?
WAIVING OF ASSESSMENTS, FEES, INTEREST OR LIENS POLICY:
Southwest Property Management is not empowered to waive any fees. If you call and ask us to waive fees, we will direct you to your HOA Policy below.
If a homeowner wants any fees, late fees, certified fees, interest or intent to lien fees waived by the Homeowner's Association you must:
1. The homeowner that is late must write a letter (no emails ) to the Board to the HOA mailing address found on your statement, explaining why you specifically want the Association to waive your fees.
a. In the envelope MUST be your specific letter to the Board detailing your reason(s).
b. In the envelope MUST be a copy of your current statement with the late fees showing.
c. In the envelope MUST be a copy FRONT and BACK of the check you used to pay the late
assessment for which they are asking forgiveness.
We DO NOT send homeowner requests to the Board without all 3 items (letter, statement, check).
You will be contacted by either the Association or the Management Company with the Association's decision.
