Home break-in on Little Lake Sawyer Dr.

The Providence HOA board wants you to be aware that 3 males broke into a house on LLS on Thursday evening. The police were called and 3 police cars and a K-9 unit responded. They searched but no one was found. Fortunately the residents of the home were not in at the time. There are two key points that you need to be aware of: first the robbers knocked on the front door of a few neighboring houses; when the resident answered they said that they were looking for someone who of course wasn't there and then went to another house until they found an empty one. Second, the robbers broke the glass panel of a rear door and then walked through the opening. This way they didn't trip the alarm system on the door since it wasn't opened. Most of us in Providence do not have alarm sensors on the glass and the robbers know this. The suspected vehicles are an older dark green jeap and a white truck.
