Your Property Manager
Your dedicated Licensed Community Association Manager is Eddie Beach. Contacting Eddie by email or by U.S. Mail is the most efficient way to contact your manager. When you send an email, please be brief and to the point and your manager will follow up on any community situation. Our managers make every effort to review their email daily as all managers spend 80% of the time in the field and in their neighborhoods.

Our Compliance/Violation Department
If you are responding to a letter that you have received, that response MUST be in writing. Please email your Property Manager (above) or send a letter to our Property Manager's dedicated PO Box (see above). Your Property Manager is the only one that reviews your responses as they pertain to compliance and/or violations.

Our Architectural Submittal Department
You may email (e-file) your Architectural submittal to our Architectural Submittal Department for your specific community, if your community has that function on your community's website-please check your website. Please send your electronic submittal to the dedicated email address below. If your community DOES NOT have electronic forms, or if you prefer to mail a submittal, please mail to our dedicated submittal address below.

Requests to Inspect Official Community Records
To expedite your request, please contact Southwest Property Management by certified mail ONLY, no emails or phone calls. Please read the following document (click here to download) PRIOR to sending in a request. We will respond back in a timely and courteous manner once we receive your certified request. We endeavor to treat every request expeditiously and professionally.
